Misty Marsh Mornings

The mini heatwave over the bank holiday was welcome by all but early morning visits to Marazion marsh to avoid the crowds of Cornish visitors proved tricky with sea mist rolling in from both coasts,

Cutting through the mist the Mute Swan and Grey Heron that are two of the marsh's biggest birds are nesting within two metres of each other,  The Heron in a small tree in front of the front viewing recess and the swan in the reeds below them.

One of the resident Buzzard was working on the ground to avoid low visibility flying, smaller birds just carried on as normal and a fishing boat chugged by in the gloom of Mounts Bay
