Three Short Eared Owls hunting the same field is a sure recipe for trouble and several disputes were recorded during my time spent on the Cornish high grounds today.
Throw in a couple of troublesome crows and a straying Marsh Harrier and our three feisty Owls were all feeling a bit harassed but all returned to quartering the fields and seemed to be doing well as long as they kept away from each other !
