Ryan's Field Today

In the long pond to the northwest of the Ryan's field hide alongside the River Hayle the female Mallard posted below was proudly patrolling a multi-coloured group of six ducklings

What I believe to be a Reed Warbler was showing well in the reed margins.

And a Greenfinch surprised me by flying on to a near Gorse bush to provide some extremely close Portraits.
