Peregrine mating response


Back on the south coast of Cornwall today to appreciate a lovely sunny morning with very light winds,  High on the sea cliffs the female Peregrine posted above was calling to mate but the male that had just dispatched a starling a little further along the cliffs responded with a typically Cornish glance that looked like it said  " I will look after you directly"  but the female was not going to be ignored and called louder and louder until the reluctant male took off from his ledge to meet her requirements and the sequence of images below tell the rest of this story........
