Resperyn Bridge Dipper

A great show from the pair of Dippers at Resperyn bridge yesterday,

The area that the Dipper were working was overshadowed by the tree canopy along the banks so successful exposures depended on the working when the birds landed in patches of sunlight.

These busy birds were continuous in there supply of insects, larvae and small fish to their nest site and it must only be a matter of days until their fledglings will be out over the river.
